Mr P, thanks for this great video. I have a different problem... After changing the cluster bulbs for LED a weird thing happened: no lighting when switching the light on at night, completely dark. But the 3 displays can be seen and all the gauges work. I switched back to the original bulbs still no backlighting. I think it is a circuit board issue What do you think? any suggestions will be appreciated! My car is a mercedes CLK w208 chassis Keep up the good work.

Hello! Why don't use ready to use LED bulbs? In my country there is B8, 5D LED bulbs and others with same socket needed to w202. Im sure these are all over the world for sale.
I have a mercedes w124 e250 1992 and my instrument cluster stopped working and i can hear a buzzing sound when i turn the key to give contact but when i turn on hazard light and turn signals the buzzing stops what could it be? I think it might me a blown fuse or something in the relay. Pls help
Do you know what kind of bulb is for the speedometer and which socket on the back of the dash is for the speedometer having trouble figuringthat out Also, Do i really need a set of 10x light bulbs or could i just buy a single one for cheaper? im trying to skip the whole led conversion or saudering I just need to see my speedometer and odometer at night cause its dark. Thanksin advance.

Speedometer are 2 black sockets with bigger lightbulbs
