Hey Paul. Lovely front elevation. Spacious front office. Actually like the built in. Nice front bedrooms. Don’t care for laundry rooms in the front of the house. Love there’s a 1/2 bath for visitors so the front bedrooms for the occupants. Lovely open concept. Lovely owners suite with his/her closets. Beautiful en suite. Was hoping somehow the laundry room had a connection to the owners en suite. Don’t like walking from the back of the house to the front with dirty laundry. But guess it works because the 2 bedrooms are right there. You didn’t go outside but from what I saw it looked amazing with covered lanai and pool. I saw the sign door remain closed and locked. HI Paul, watching your video in Scotland, could I please recommend that you have a look as to how they present their homes in Spain, they are the Marobrothers slick presentation and more importantly sell the features and benefits of the property, a more informative and entertaining way to view a home. Good Luck because it works, bear in mind that not only are they selling to Europe but the World.

I was in a horrible accident two years ago and need the large shower. We want plank flooring through the home,no carpet. Are you currently outside of orlando or Tampa area? We would really like to be outside of the larger cities. We also like north of orlando the best. Anything in that area or in the furure? We will start looking in about six months..
