Good atleast buyers will use their brains widout believing in legal documents banks and their validators- buyers now I’ll take care not buy houses which are near a ponds in Hyderabad .. this is good decision by govt but it should have prepared some plan to help ppl who are victims ( who bought houses in FT limits)

if you got good flat....there is better chance for negotiation becuase currently its a buyer sceanario. They will come down for sure.
