The Problem you had in minute 24 is because you moved the colliding planet only and forgot to move his exposure with it. So the layer wasnt aligned properly ;)
Pretty cool... though I was surprised to see the "aircraft lights" trail that was captured in the photo of the night sky, near the top, in the middle of the ring of fire. (I have plenty of my own night time photos with the same kind of trail in them)
also at 16:35 you can use the circle but instead of coloring you right click go to stroke and create a stroke remember, the settings of the brush may sometimes also affect your stroke, bt very cool tutorial i will definitely make a wallpaper after watching this

In earlier version of Photoshop, it was ctrl+F. In a new version it is changed, but I change it to ctrl+F again in the settings.
