Venom, for example, is together with the green goblin, one of the most important Spiderman villains of all time... he is so famous that he is now considered a hero (or anti-hero almost always) and has his own series in comics

@@SoulInajarTo give it further detail, Eddie is capable of doing so, but venom is the only one he can't control. However he's off doing his own adventures with dylan brock, eddie's son. I recommend reading the comics that were part of the king in black event, you get to see a lot of cool buildup

Since they have already referenced a large amount of symbiotes through the faithbreaker Hunter suit, I’m hoping for at least one carnage reference
@@DefaultProphet could work if they redo some animations but I doubt he'll have a suit. Besides, there's definitely more suits out there

Venom looks awesome! Really enjoyed the Deadpool DLC too.
I know the Venom DLC puts us only half-way through the DLC season, but with that said... will there a be second season of DLC? I really hope so! I'm enjoying the gameplay of Midnight Suns and would love to see even more characters added that bring new mechanics and tactics to the game. Not to mention the additional story and missions these characters bring... so good!

im guessing and hoping there will be more dlc considering the sequel bait at the ending though i don't think there will be new characters but most likely will come with a main story expansion.

No, there won't be a second season because the sales were terrible. That's why they offerred the game already for free for a weekend after only several month's of release. That shows how desperate the publisher is to get more sales for the game. I love the game and i am already on day 400 but sadly there won't be more characters anymore or content anymore.

As a fan of superheros, and RPG's, I decided to try this game during Steams free weekend trial. I enjoyed playing it so much. I decided to buy it, season pass and all. I got it just in time for Venom. I'm also excited for one of my favorite X-Men Storm to join the game.

Cool! Nice to have a character who starts stacked, and it’s cute to have a legendary SKILL! Adding “quick” always feels awesome, and with that huge chain card that’s an obvious powerful combo
He (and especially his ultimate) look super fun to play!
Eddie, Wanda and Bruce should form a support group for recovering from Darkhold possession. :)
He looks so good. Definitely gonna jump back in for deadpool and venom...two of my favs

Venom looks awesome, Deadpool was really fun, can’t wait for Storm, but can’t help but wish Punisher and Moon Knight were a part of this game, no doubt they’d look/play badass!

His gameplay looks like a blend of Hulk (rage) and Spiderman (chain, bind). The animation and skin look cool!
Was kinda hoping the villain for him would be some vampire or demonic Carnage, but I guess there wasn’t the budget, and it would be knocked back a month
Venom looks pretty sick. Shame the season pass isn’t included in the steam sale right now even though the legendary edition is. I’d def consider picking it up.

I see they mixing it up. A counter or draw always nice on free cards for me, linking his ultimate curious to see how plays out in Transia.
I like how they kept the energy tongue from his Fallen and Blood forms for his Midnight Suns suit

Venom has been my favorite character so far. I've been using a dark hunter with bonus damage to CC'd targets so venom or hulk to stun and then unload has been phenomenal. I definitely feel like venom is the easier of the two to use though.
Also as a side note, so happy for you Christopher Odd. Used to watch your xcom series back in the day so I'm psyched that you're getting sponsored videos! Keep being awesome :).
Worth my every cent to buy him. His liquid attacks and not looking like usual 2D char is awesome!
Not to mention applying mods (in game effects.. not hacks) really pushes him further!

Good thing Assimilation is exhaust; seems like subsequent plays of it would be redundant.
I'm glad I found this youtube channel because I'm pretty sure the game hasn't actually explained how Venom's ravenous ability works at all. Still a fun character to play, though. Him using all those abilities to pin me down and debuff me used to be frustrating, so getting to use them on enemies is *so* satisfying.
Damn was hoping he does different moves then in campaign

For Insatiable Hunger, I think a mod that heals Venom would be a good combo with its Free upgrade.

Thrilled that Dr.Doom will be in, he MUST be playable, and if they can find a way to add Kang too, man, that would be huge. Hope the sales haven't hurt our chances for getting that.

I know this is tedious, but I beat the Deadpool dlc, and only 3 trophies popped. So I began NG+ and redid the dlc organically and the trophies popped as they should have.

Probably will have a complete edition at some point but unsure, as for when you get them? They are seamlessly integrated into the base game and can be unlocked to play through the base game

Who’s Eddie Brock’s voice actor?

Behind the Voice Actors says Venom is voiced by Darin De Paul (who also does Ghost Rider -- but not Robbie -- and Chthon). They don't list a separate VA for Eddie yet, so it's not clear whether Darin did that as well or if it's someone else.
I would've GUESSED that it's probably not Darin, the same way Robbie is voiced by Giancarlo Sabogal... but it's weird they don't even have a question-mark placeholder for Eddie's VA. (They already *do* for Storm and Morbius, for example.) So, maybe it is Darin.

Hopefully, they will fix the achievements for Deadpool upon downloading the venom update and auto-unlock the broken achievements you've unlocked.
I'm still bummed about the recent departures at Fireaxis, but hopefully the upcoming content for MS continues to build on the game
Won’t be playing any of the DLC’s until we get confirmation trophies/achievements have been fixed with them.
Really? I don't play games for achievements so I couldn't care less but I'm expecting a fix with this new character since they've said that they'll be adding a patch for fixes with every new character added.

I wish this game had an arcade mode. Where you could just use /collect heroes playing mission after mission, with a 2D screen in between mission to put in new cards you earned into your deck and whatnot. All the story stuff with controlling your avatar and doing chores and "dating-sim" mechanics with it just slows it down and makes it less enjoyable to me. Especially with how you can do 1 mission per night and then have to do all the other stuff all over again.
When is the ps5 patch? Friezes are already tired. Especially during explosions

What ?! Deadpool deck is just garbage, the character is a seriously botched job, the moves are not so powerful, the character, to be powerful enough, asks to care about all ennemies that will attack him, and the animations for his techniques are poor...
@@94zekrom I'll have to disagree my deck for DP is also pretty strong and good it might be how you use him/build the deck and the mods and also who you pair him up with.

@@94zekrom I mean his kit is different but because he dont meet or top some of the others don't make him bad either IMO you stated yours clearly but mines does a good amount of damage and his deck is fairly all dmg and quick cards with 1 free card
@@MikeDaBeast215And compared to other characters, he's weak, he needs constant attention on the battlefield cause if he takes damage, you lose stacks and you don't do much damage, his multi-hit moves are useless, and his big hit won't do much damage in higher difficulty modes without en fouego stacks... Useless...

Its a part of the season pass but you can also get it separately if you so choose
Lord British, five or so yrs ago tried to bring card gameplay back into the mainstream and ppl said, no that's stupid. I said it as well. Now I feel like he was right.
Going to replace blade with venom. Venom just sounds like an overall better damage dealer especially with the right cards
I hope Venom will be an A-Tier character and not a C-Tier like Deadpool.
