    Hi Dokyun ! thanks alot for your tutorials!! Its really helpful and i respect you very much !
    I have a question about full body pop with leg pop, for me i am more used to do front leg pop (taking my knee forward to pop leg) but with back leg pop i find more easy to combine my waist forward too and make pop stronger, is it a bad habit i should get rid of? if so, what can you suggest ? :)

      first i can guest what u mean but i cannot all understand so sorry about that ! but for me i dont use full body pop ! if u want or feel good mayb u need more try . but for me i dont like full body pops ! so i think u need to check one position pop and make some together ! i use many time like this (some mix position pop) !! hope u develop !!

      @@EvyatarDavid Most poppers i believe dont use the waist when doing a leg pop because it looks a bit awkward when you're moving around. It's a different type of hit that is used in certain situations but generally you should practice leg popping without involving your glutes too much, which is what pushes your waist forward.

    I still do not understand the concept of knee going up, is this only imagining? is this the same as just pushing my knee back and then force it to stop right before it is completely straight? Or my weight must be in the front more on my toes to push my knee up??
