If you click on Battle help and go to the 10th page, you'll find that it states something about damage decrease and increase being caped at 80%.
Only Damage Decrease, If damage decrease is greater then damage ibncrease, max of 80% will be applied
sometimes on loading screens it says max dmg reduction is 80%, also u cant lower base stats under 20% of normal (so if a character has 1000 attack it can only bo lowered to 200)

I could see tristans holy relic being the opposite of his passive so both races get both buffs
you can see the dmg reduction cap in loading screens, i think i see them there. i dont remember, but just look for them when loading

4:07 one way is to look at the loading screens. one of them at leas says that the dmg reduction caps at 80%
There's a loading screen in game that says if the damage decrease is greater than the damage increase it caps at 80% or something like that
damn i hope they will introduce new ways to get these materials bc i dont like that demon king mode
I would say this is the best team - with crit resistance food … almost no damage by any team
Nagato, which goddess should i true awaken first? My goddess team is really strong with liz 3/6 to provide damage reduction and 4 turns with revive buff. I was thinking about true awakening my LR marg being that shes always targeted first. What is your perspective?

*The information about damage reduction cap 80% is in the “hints”, when there is a download screen we have these hints and sometimes you get this information*
There is also a hint that says that units cant reduce stats of the enemy team below 25%

TIA. I am a new player and did almost a full rotation on DK meli. Got him once,Demon kind, estarossa 3x and festival merlin 2x. That means I have 3 festival coins and idk if I should get a new festival character I don't have or use them on estarossa since I've seen him in almost every demon team ive seen.
I love it, 10:42 meli has to get hit to get his passive and than he does this and that, then there is escanor: HE HIT HARD!

1:30 it doesn't matter if the back unit is a goddess or not because mael's passive doesn't reapply on sub units once they come on the field anyway. so basically when one unit dies you lose 30% dmg on mael's main spell no matter what. that's why they need to lock mael's passive at the beginning for the rest of the fight. if they are 3 godesses at the start, then it should be +90% dmg on his single target spell for the rest of the fight even if someone dies. godesses are too much restricted compared to demons or sins, they could at least do that
Are you sure it works that way? Because when Ellate comes down on that version of the team, she also has brilliance of the sun on her, and since Mael deals damage for each one, his damage actually stays the same.
Now as for the bonus effects, I think the damage reduction just stays on whoever still has it, but the stat decrease immunity I don’t know.
@@mrsanguini5819 no she has not. Mael's passive only applies once at the start of the fight so even if it's Ellate or a random godess it doesn't matter she does not gain brilliance of the sun. try u will see

lr escanor if you need a pve unit and margret if you have a godess team (escanor sadly fell of, but he might come back when more humans release such as chaos arthur)

Just give Tristan a relic that gives the same stats but for the other race. (3% attack related to goddess and 15% defense related to demons) That way he would be stronger for goddess and at least usable for Demons
and count towards both goddess and demon passives

With gear ? It's not possible, I've the team full gear, SA 6, 100, full cosmetics, I've 330k CC, something must be missing in your setup.
280k cc is like VERY low. I think you might be missing something?
with full cosmetic? even with the ult at 1/6 i think you easily hit the 300k with goddess

Meli’s normal damage is abysmal on single target and okay on AOE. It’s his all creation buff that makes him threatening. Without it he hits pretty meh.
@@mrsanguini5819 don't be an asshole, I'm champion 1 and with 3 AoE I'm able to easily wipe the entire team. That's why I don't wanna start second now even with DK on the team because if you're lucky enough you will kill everyone turn one.

@@user-ls3hh5yb3k Dude you said turn 1, where’d you get the third Meli AOE? Even on a team-wide basis, having 3 AOEs turn 1 is rare for demons.
And what teams are you killing turn one anyway? Humans and unknowns? Sins have lots of damage reduction, Goddesses too, plus revive.
Not to say you’re a bad player, but your takes on new Liz are pretty bad- even Nagato thinks she’s a top PVP unit and he doesn’t even like Goddess teams.

Not relevant in global, demon team is broken, I won't lose against goddess, the only thing that make your team strong is the dmg reduction by true awakening. The team sucks without it.
Lets be honest, you don't have a skill to block the healing, how can you beat DK and meli since you don't have damage, you don't have debuff to block tarmiel link, with a normal account this is one of the worst team and Liz sucks too much, its unfair.
Two things that still makes the team viable: They naturally have more CC than demons, and moving first just gives you the advantage every time. Meli’s damage starts slow so he can’t lifesteal much on the first couple turns, and so killing him before all creation on a demon team is not difficult (IF you move first).
But Goddesses against Tarmiel Link DK is in fact a pain. Their damage is the lowest of the 5 meta teams. The best way to handle it is with Liz’ stun, cuz DK has no means of removing it once Meli dies.
@@mrsanguini5819 how do you kill meli first turn? My meli doesn't die in one turn, and if he is killed turn 2, DK will obliterate the enemy.
The only difficulty is the whales with full true awaken team. But it's not surprising they all get triple reduction, liz mael and true awakening, by the time they will make DK raid easy and more f2p the archangel meta will just die.

@@user-ls3hh5yb3k Not first turn, but turn 2. I said killing him *before all creation.* And DK can do damage after the second turn yes, but is it enough to wipe the Goddess team before a loss? Not always, since he mainly hits with single targets, and they have revives on singles.

@@user-ls3hh5yb3k I don't even have Liz 💀. I am just playing demon team and if you get out cc you are loosing to 100% and if ypu out cc you still have 40% chance to win unless you have double aov first turn then you have like 60% chance.If you have some advices then pls share

You're correct but most people simp and are delusional for demons as you can see under your comment, SPECIALLY in geared whaled out demons stand no chance against whaled out angels due to Meli just not being able to crit EVEN with his stuff activated balls angel team can even tank a lvl 3 DK single targed as I've seen happen multiple times

With demon team and Meli without dupe, 93% of victory.
Meli is just make her looks so bad.
