Thanks for making this style of video. Can't get enough, honestly. The tours are what I like most, just enough of the right kinda info while still hearing that gourgeous motor. I like that you focus on different kinds of bikes on the walks too.
At 7:54 Last year Knucklehead-1947'. And At 6:33 Last year springer--1st Year 1948 Panhead. Nice Motor history transition. Thanks for the view's Lucky! Be Safe!
Good video and tour of the area. When you are parked and away from your bike how do you secure your helmet and it's gear? I'm assuming you don't carry it around with you.
I lock the bags, and just carry my cameras with me. I take the helmet cam too, but leave the helmet. If it's a "shady" area, I lock the helmet to the bike.
I'll be down there next week with a riding buddy for three days. He's been there multiple times, it'll be my first time. I'm not much on big crowds but I figure I gotta go at least once to say I've been there. His Aunt & Uncle live local and we're staying at their house. Riding in from Mobile, AL. Anything I should know ahead of time? Peace and love.
Just be careful, look out for the other guy, give yourself plenty of time. I've got some newer videos of "where to go" away from the Main Street madness that I've posted over the past week or so. I'll post another couple soon if the weather is decent when I'm not at work
@@LuckysLair - I think I've watched a couple of your other videos. My buddy knows the area pretty well, so I'll defer to him for places to go, sights to see beyond Main St.
I spoke with an officer who went to the academy within the last 3 years, he said it took about six months of Mon-Fri all day to complete the class. Most departments down here don't put you through school, you go to the local community college's academy. He said he had a former N.J. cop, who had moved down here, in his class who had to take the whole class. Hope that helps
@@LuckysLair thank u did he say how much it was. I knew you had to put yourself through it I dont mind that if it gets me down there. If u dont mind ask him to email me joclark@greenvillecounty.org or IG john_jefferyclark stay safe on New Years!
You are truly the one stop shop for anybody wanting to go to Bike week when it comes to where to go! Quick question what's your mic setup, your audio seems to just have enough sound of your bike without affecting when you speak.
Isaac M. I have an external mic attached to my GoPro. And I run an “octopus mic” into my full face helmet. The mic rests right by my mouth. I plan on doing a video about my set up and gear after bike week is over.
What's wrong with the cardboard home made tags as long as there valid numbers and a out of state visitors? Laconia bike week has those every year at least 4 personal sightings every summer as long as your a out of state visitor up here you see the community cops on foot or bicycles and the highway patrol stay more to the outer entrances into main St and lakeside Ave unless a incident occurred
@@LuckysLair I lived and worked in treasure island FL for a complete winter I can always know the natives by the long sleeve shirts I wished I had brought my thick coat down there I froze too! I learned a lot between the north and south way cops play
What's with that big front wheel on the front of those bikes and saddlebags that are dragging on the pavement? Is that supposed to look cool? It's even worse than putting them bicycle wheels on cars and a spoiler on a front wheel drive car. Just fuckin stupid as hell.
I've never been during the rally in Sturgis, but I've been there before. It's beautiful riding country that's for damn sure!! Can't wait to hit the rally !

Love you channel, tell me about those bars !!
ON your road glide.
They're KST Customs "Spearheads"
Dang!!!! Main Street looks like a Police State.
LoL, yeah it's got a very strong police presence. They're actually pretty forgiving.... well, as long as you play by their rules and don't back talk.

hey, question did you have to lug your helmet and tank bag ..
Nope, there's a pretty big police presence. But any time you walk away from a bike there's a chance something could get stolen
Ty🌴
They should show more choppers like from Russell Mitchell and other like the trikes that he builds Elgar big dog K9 bikes like that
Oohhh missed it by a week 😬💨

Not my favorite look either, I prefer plain old blacked out, or black and chrome myself
