For the larger leaf, your instruction is:
R2 include wire 6inc. 12st
R3 6(sc,inc) 18st
I am very confused about row three, wouldn’t it be 24 st?

You said on round 6 of the sunflower 36 sc but it gives me 40 can you help I’ve counted over and over and all other rows are ok until I get to the 6 row

Hi there, for Round 6, the pattern is 6[2sc, inc, 2sc]. You might miss some of the first [2sc] and replace it with an increase stitch. You can read it as 6[4sc, in] and try it again.
