I remember you were by HS1 when the first freight train arrived in the UK from China on the One Belt One Road New Silk Road. Today the new train timetables come into effect meaning there are now frequent Thameslink services running between Brighton and Cambridge and Horsham and Peterborough right through the centre of London linking the Brighton Mainline and the East Coast Mainline. The Government will takeover the ECML once more following the failure of the Virgin Franchise. However the trains including the new 800s will be rebranded in the nostalgic LNER Paint Scheme instead of the old East Coast Colours. The new Eurostar 374s comprise of 16 coaches and seat at least 950 passengers. I think it would be good if the Eurostar 374s had 18 or 20 coaches so could seat at least 1,200 passengers.
ever since to introduction of the new timetable the services have been all over the place, no end of delays and cancellations because they simply cant cope with the added pressure. I don't think they put a great deal of thought into it
My god. Fill the habit! So much speed, worth twice the watches I say. 373223?? to Paris was just moving like, fastest of the day next to the opening train. Sweet work again, glad it was another awesome day. Thanks! B.P.
Nice day on your video but the 2nd stage of crossrail the services from London Paddington to Heathrow Terminal 5 that was with Heathrow connect transferred to tfl rail for the Elizabeth line
Great video mate. What do you think of my journey videos- do you think I should edit them like the one yesterday. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks
The best way to do it is to edit out the waiting at the station stops but film the parts inbetween each station. So for example lets say your on the WCML from Leighton Buzzard to Milton Keynes, film the train arriving then cut to it departing with you looking out of the train. keep filming all the way to the next station until it comes to a stop. Then you start filming again once the train is departing so your not filming it just sat in the station
Love the iconic whoosh of a 373

Great video is it me or are the 373s just really loud sets or something as they really sound loud on your video
I see you revisited Rainham! Brilliant video, Jarred. :)
It was a great time of the year to come back, nice and warm and not the slightest bit of fog in sight
Great video

Brilliant video fella hated the fact I missed it the day it's released.

It was a great day out, Rainham is a great place to go to especially to see the faster services
Surprised it wasn't packed, that walkway is just a magical perch of speed. Mind you don't get blown over! ;} B.P.
Can’t wait for Ashford.
It should be good
Thameslink start running services from here to Luton as of today through London Bridge I believe
And from what I've heard it's been a complete mess

Whats the difference between the 357 and the 170
a 357 is electric and a 170 is diesel :)
Tornado922 I see, they look so similar
Tornado is right because 357 has 4 coaches and 170 has 3 coaches
@@railwayron4053 170 has two/three coaches
On Train Sim World 2, thats not Rainham
Does the 357 go from fenchurch street to graise?

The Eurostar to Paris is 373223 and 373224 but not 373222
ok
The class 374s have so many pantographs!
it's so it can keep an equal amount of power going throughout the train
