my biggest gripe about coach vogel does is not ride the hot hand.........bol can go 5-5 with 5 rebounds and 2 blocks, and still get pulled after he gets 10 minutes a game...almost every game, smh

He's a talented player. In the NBA business, it's just a question of if a team / coach will design parts of his system around him (and if that pays off more than a system favouring other players, or role players by extension). Shaq took a lot of abuse on this recently but he was mostly right. If he doesn't get an opportunity though, it doesn't necessarily mean any of his coaches are making a mistake.
They never work him into the system but then again the suns in general suck at defense. They literally suck. I’d like to see Bol on the suns but I think he needs to be in a system that can properly integrate him.

Bol Bol is a knockdown 3-point shooter from the corner,,, money all day. On any other team he will be starting,,,, I honestly don't know why he isn't starting for the Suns,,,,, but I truly believe he played his way off this team in the upcoming year. He's going to get a lot of offers from some other teams in the offseason,,,,,so I thank the Suns ahead of time, for showcasing his skills ,,,,and the stupidity of not signing him to a multi-year contract. If you can't find a way to use a 7'2-3 inch talent like Bol.You can't coach and you can't develop talent.Point blank.A coach's job is to put his players in a position to succeed.Perching a 7 fter like Bol in the corner to shoot three pointers is not good basketball. The point people are missing tho and it is so obvious. The NBA isn't about good basketball. The NBA is a business.First and foremost its about entertainment and dollars
he has absolutley no clue were to be on the floor, no matter if on offense or on defense he has no clue how to move in a team concept - really dissapointing after so many years

Also when you looked over his horrendous defense and lack of knowledge of proper spacing.
