100g lemon (1/2 cup)
3 eggs
zest and juice of 2 lemons
120g melted butter (1/2 cup)
220g flour (1 cup + 3/4 cup)
10g baking powder (2 tbsp)
praline
📌Icing
100g icing sugar (1 cup)
2/3 tablespoons of lemon juice
Cook for 30-35 minutes at 170C
