There is. Look up some guides of 5000xp boards. Some people show a way to get it even when it’s not dry season

You have to complete the canyon expedition in Horizon Rush (first part of Horizon Rush in the campaign)

When you open your map, there should be a “filter” button on the bottom left. Press that button and scroll through the list, untick everything except for comment boards.
