@@Calers-gu1ib Finland's best players are currently playing in the NHL. Aleksander Barkov, Mikko Rantanen and Sebastian Aho, for example. Finland's 3 best offensive players.

Sakari Manninen is probably the most underrated player in the world. Allways performs offensively, but still underrated even in Finland. Headlines are allways about somebody else. Great bucket rocket. Beautifull release in the second goal for Finland.

IIHF, can you please be consistent in including slow-motion replays in the highlights? It's been real frustrating through this tournament to be able to only see it in normal speed, from 1 angle and one time.

USA played very well, even if they only had four actual defensemen. They were relentless, fast, strong and decisive, and I wish I could say the same for our guys. Players tend to play more professionally during quarters, semi finals and during the medal games, the stakes are much higher during these games and one penalty could ruin it all.
I think Watson was benched after the first boarding penalty, atleast the Finnish commentator didn't mention his name once.

@@Cocke95 Finland scored 3 PPG on 3 penalties that didn't exist or were dives. In real Olympic and NHL hockey they don't call penalties in OT unless it's blatant or when it stops a scoring chance. Finn player dived in OT and the other penalty the Finn player accidentally high sticked himself and the Ref who called the penalty was at the other end of the rink. The proper call on the OT penalty should have been 2 minutes for tripping on Canada and 2 minutes for diving on Finland.

Hey IIHF. Can you make a penalty called "Hitting"? You might as well because the Canada vs Czech Republic game is a complete joke. Calling Canada on a clean hit? Then you take a Canadian player out of a wrestling match when it was the Czech player who wrestled him down? Also a Canadian player got hit in the face after the whistle. No call. Fucking joke.
It wasnt a wrestling match.. The Czech player lost balance and accidentally fell on the Canadian guy, the Czech player didnt do anything on ground but the Canadian player took the Czech players helmet off which was the deciding factor as an obvious sign of trying to fight..

@@Calers-gu1ib Based on what i saw in the replay the czech player collided to the Canadian player from the front and didnt drag anyone down. Also he literally fell on top of the Canadian player.. Thats why he was on top, in the replay the czech player didnt lay his hands on the Canadian player while the Canadian removed the Czech players helmet. There couldve been something verbal that caused the Canadian to try to fight him but I didnt see anything physical besides the accidental collision caused by loss of balance

@@PahEz, being a Fnn i would not be surprised, if Finland would win the final, too, but it will not be an easy game. The mental pressure is far bigger on the Finnsh side than on the other side. Whether it will be Finland -Canada or Finland - Czech, the goal fifference at the end of the game migt be just one goal, or two, if the last goal is made to an empty net. In the 2019 final Finland won over Canada, although Canada clearly had more scoring chances. In the 2021 final Canada won in the overtime, although Finland had been a slightly more dominant team in that game.
