Hello sir! So I had a labor violation case started around 2016. My h2b visa was expired end of Dec 2015, so before my h2b expired my citizen sister apply for greencard for me. Even when i had the tvisas case on. I am in the US all this time due to had to attend courts etc around 2015 16 and 17. Eventual the case seems abandond but now my sister application moves a bit according to an email i got from uscis. Would u be able to help me though i am on overstay thanks message sent end of Aug 2024
