It's nice presentation and I something know new. I just wanted to know about real and fictional space more. And how to analyse text from geocritical method. Thank you
Sure Soorya You can apply the theoretic part and also use applied geocriticism but for that you have to analyse films and literature too. With warm regards Dr yogesh kashikar
Thank you for this interesting presentation. I want to ask about how to apply geocriticism on some postcolonial novels while dealing with the theme of intergenerational trauma( given the fact that imperialism is considered as a form of geographic violence)
Definitely Karima, it is a very new field of critical theory. I will better explain to you how you can apply it if you are able to call me on my number 9822300710 or email address y.kashikar@yahoo.com or yskashikar.yk@gmail.com Thanks

Thanks, In India, less attention is paid to this criticism. but If you read my comment, I want to give you feedback. You tried hard to do it, but what you have done, all you have read a written, prepared text. it could have been the most effective if you have had lectured in your own words in a theoretical and practical framework, rather than just to read a written text. if you wish to reproduce a lecture same topic, I would expect some points: 1/ explaining in your own words as easy as possible, you just took the some of same sentences used by Tally in his books and read here. 2/ giving a practical example by discussing a novel, or a specific text, and giving a framework, how we can do it, I imagine you are teaching the BA students, who rely on practical more than other things.

My background to study this theory is dua to an other inspiration, that is bcz Arabic literature is a rich literature and has been paid a less attention in Post colonial studies, and in World Literature.
