His lv is around 18-20lv.
He has fought undyne the undying and won.
Chara nor frisk is responsible for the resets in dusttale but the player.
Murder is as good as the player in close combat skills.
He change his attacking patterns each death and reset.
He did not kill flowey because flowey has run away.
