about the quirk statement, in the anime, dabi states that fire quirks are quite common and endeavor didn't expect dabi to be his son just because he had a fire quirk. he didn't know about dabis quirk because the day toya burned on sekoto peak was when he wanted to show endevour that he had discovered he had blue flames. be since he never came, he never found out, hence why he didn't know blue flame/ cremation was dabi's final quirk

In the manga reveals Dabi himself as Touya so yes he really is.. In the manga by the war. If you think he is, He is really Touya. If that what you meant
