I remember when Background Mixels where first introduced in 2016. I didn't realise it until October 2016, but all the BG Mixels actually had their unofficial placeholder names. It has been many years since they were given their PH names, and I think a lot of Mixel fans have accepted them as official names. They've probably already changed it from unofficial to official on the Mixels Wikipedia.
