As a Masters adc main, putting kalista as the worst adc is a crime after the buffs, if we talk about high elo she is atleast high B tier or even A, her scaling is much better and she can deal more cosistant damage. Trinity zeri is one of the most powerfull champs rn so she is def in the op tier.
Every singe tierlist they make makes no sense and is so bullshit
You are masters yet you have the brain of a bronze. This tier is likely based on data. Right now ALMOST NO ONE is playing Kalista compettively, but as time progresses and people find her strenghts more reliable, she is gonna to go up in the ranks as Kalista is a naturally strong adc to being with.
The question is, which elo should I call “low elo” and “high elo”? I know masters+ is undoubtedly high elo and gold and under are “low elo”
But where does plat and diamond belong?
plat and diamonds are elo hell
plat is low but isnt low enough to be considered low elo
diamond is high but isnt high enough to be considered high elo.
plat is where the exceptional gold players belong and diamond are where people that cant get into masters are stuck to.
Diamond 1 is where its start to be high elo below that you can consider it as low elo
So diamond and up players make up roughly the top 4 percent of players so I'd say that diamond would be considered high elo but it depends on interpretation. But my interpretation candidate pro guides interpretation may not be the same
People are really sleeping on Elise... She counters almost every meta pick and has SO MUCH damage, both ranged and malee

Because Kaisa has never been bad. People just want their favorite adc to kill in one hit and if they miss the mark, they belong in the trash. ADC players are the worst thing in league at the moment.
