    theyd also give a nice accent to baked goods in the winter:) thinking about gingerbread etc :) be sure not to miss the little pink sprucebuds next time in that state theyre neutral in taste and can be lighty cooked in a little oil. very high in protein best taste, texture ul ever find in a vegetable :D somewhat like a perfect mix of aspargus. walnut and pure pinepollen. you have to try it definitely worth marking that time in the calendar it has a devine crunch haha :)

    Great to see how you make a Spruce tip syrup,i will definently try that next year. My bit of woodland is primarially spruce trees,and there are lots of tips in the Spring. I was aware you can eat them,so nice to see how a syrup can be made. I suppose teas would be very good also,maybe with some syrup in it! Best wishes,look forward to more of your 'tips' 🌲
