I've been noticing in FatRats songs, there is always a reoccurring beat or whatever you would call it. It starts at 2:05. This simple little da doo doo doo doo doot has been in so many songs. Not saying it's bad, in fact, I love all the songs. Just something I noticed
I'm glad Monody is making the rounds lately, it's one of the funkiest songs I've heard in months. It definitely makes me regret passing glitch hop off as something I didn't care for, won't be making that mistake again.
*Laura Brehm* was a prefect choice for this track! If only she got to sing more parts. Can't go wrong with FatRat's style though! Looks like the view counter is not counting down anymore...

I think it's interesting to know the word "monody" means a poem where one laments about another's death, which fits with the vocals perfectly (and the horn in the beginning which makes me think of some sort of ceremony that's about to take place). Wonderful Track
