Please make the tiered chest, they are blast-resistant and are much cheaper than Implied Intergistics. Also instead of having the HV batteries all over the roof, you can alternate the sides with input/output to make one large battery. Then you would not have to wait for each one to charge to use the connected machines. Also, you should look into the Lanterns from Immersive since they prevent mod spawning in a 16-block radius even without the blocks being lit up.
Here's a challenge for conquest, beat a base with only tier one buildings and units (copper conveyors/walls, menders not mend projectors and ark or wave instead of lancer and tsunami)
YOur ore doubling is good, but inefficient. A small plate presser, a block placer, and some basic redstone can allow you to nearly instantly reduce ores into 2 dusts that you can then simply smelt.
i feel like this mod is too complex and personally i don't really enjoy watching this type of video, i'd love to like it since i like your humor and personality but i can't get to enjoy it

About the machines that you built at the top of the world, i would recommend upgrading them at least once so they could all have 3 spaces to work with
