Mass Appeal proudly presents Tattoo U, a new series hosted by NYC tattoo legend Big Steve of Fun City Tattoo. In the premiere episode, L.A’s most exciting rap group, Shoreline Mafia, stopped by NYC’s oldest tattoo shop to get some fresh ink from Big Steve.
