You can go with any eartip and yes an upgrade cable in case of blon is worth it for the fit

Today i got ht-244 (Rs.8499) and man the sound is excellent 👌 but that "Hummmmmm" sound is so irritating that i need to contact customer care if they fix it then it's fine or i will return.
Maybe its the source try contacting service centre
