    Impressed by your weight loss and fitness gain. The thing that impresses me the most is your new relationship with food. The stuff that happens in our heads, is in my opinion, the hardest part of a fitness journey.

    Hi Olivia, great video as always. You are crushing it on the workout front, but being as nice as you are is just as important imo. Also, if a person isn't experiencing any negative health problems that would affect their long-term health and they are happy then they shouldn't let body size alone dictate what makes them happy.

    I understand your anxiety putting yourself out there. It can open the door for others people's negativity. The only people that arent encouraging you and arent inspired by you, are those living stagnant lives and want others to be stagnant too, so they do feel so bad. You're amazing, dont ever doubt that.

    Wow I wish I looked as good as you u look amazing I struggle to gata flat tummy I et healthy but struggle to have motivation to do fitness after doing my horses well done you work so hard you should be proud

    Carbs are short term energy and cause weight gain easier than anything else. Protein is long term energy and helps feed muscles. Often flagging energy or muscle weakness is due to low electrolytes. Calories in, calories out are a very small part of the picture, and major restriction can slow metabolism as your body adjusts, that's why you keep having to reduce more and more as time goes on. It also results in massive weight gain if/when you go off restriction due to the drop in metabolism.

    Your trainer parked in disabled carpark, but, she isn't disabled!! She should've moved her car!!
