    The 10k, came from a Japanese Dr. In the 50’s, I do 10k per day. It has helped my back lungs plus the vitamin D is an essential for health.
    Because of walking I’ve also lost 50 lbs. I don’t always make it but it’s worth every step.

    6000 steps is enough

      Not when you’re trying to lose weight.

      @@jennytaylor9213i lost 70 pounds in 10 months and that was without walking 6,000 steps a day. You lose weight by being in a caloric deficit not by how many steps you take!
