People stop asking for training! They are practically giving you their drills. Just utilize everything from every video. Watch where mixteam happens part 2. I mean come on, I found at least 6 different drills in the first three minutes of this video. If you can't organize a workout after watching all of KP's videos you are either really dumb or flat out lazy. It worked for me now start GRINDING.
