Looks so yummy! This coconut looks aged and hard but that’s how I like it. I recommend buying coconut milk/ fresh young coconut pulp from a young coconut. It’s sweeter and more delicate. Also recommend drinking fresh coconut water especially if it’s cold! Try also dried coconut chips. I love coconut it’s delicious

I've tried raw coconut like this before, it's true that it doesn't taste really good. And the brown part tastes a little sour, so the combination is a bit weird 😂

I think it’s because you ate the brown coconout. The one that tastes good and sweet are green coconut.

There is coconut milk, mostly use in cooking. Coconut water you can drink. The one that youre eating is not that great because they use old coconut flesh, you should try eating the young / fresh one instead. Its very refreshing! ❤

Raw coconut is really good if you’re dehydrated on a hot day. The coconut milk is also really good raw. The fruit is best cooked, though, into a masala/curry or a dessert.
