Hi ate, I’m your new subscriber here… I’m from Florida and napadaan ako kasi I wanna find out kung ano yung mga bagong guidelines pa balik ng Pilipinas. We’re going back in June this summer I cannot wait kasi matagal na ako hndi nakaka uwi sa (hometown ko I was born and raised in Tacloban, Leyte.
12 years Hindi naka uwi doon and 9 yrs na not seeing my family… So I’m going back with my daughter and my husband first time nila.
We’re all have booster na.
Pray to the LORD that our entire political leader and military officials will become ALL GOOD AND ALWAYS THINK FOR THE GOOD OF THE FILIPINO PEOPLE.
Thank you for watching! 😊
Hi thx for your update...it means a lot.
I plan to visit the Philippines and spend time with my family.since I'm not Filipino am I allowed to bring TV (32' size ) to the Philippines
Thanks for the video. Is it 10,000 pesos per person in the family? I just don’t understand how some families come back with items for sure over 10k pesos of pasalubong and it’s fine.
If I have two checkin bags and I have 3 months worth of clothes and several shoes a play station some movies and 3 months worth of medication. This will be my first time traveling abroad and I’m planning to travel for several months. I’m just the type that worries about stuff and I think my clothes alone are worth $1000, then my shoes and cologne.
Jocelyn, Thank you. You always do a great job. 😊
Thank you for watching! ♥️
Sis yung citizenship ano ilagay sa citizenship kung dual citizen ka dual din ba ang ilagay? Salamat po
Hi Jocelyn - I'm new to your channel. I was planning to bring 8 cans of mosquito aerosol bug spray. Are these allowed in PI? If not, how hard is it to find these products, specifically the Cutter Backyard brands.
For food stuff, 2017 po last na uwi ko and nagdala ako ng frozen fish na nakavacuum pack at checked in sa freezer. After covid, I’m not sure kung may nagbago sa rules. Pwde pa rin po ba magdala ng frozen fish and frozen steak/ham na naka vacuum seal? Salamat in advance
Hello,
I would like clarification on the customs clearance of goods/items for strictly personal use of a foreigner with a 9a visa to the Philippines who is going to see his Filipino girlfriend. I have hiking items (used) worth no more than 10,000 php each. Does the Php10,000 amount apply to the total contents of my backpack or to each item separately ?
I don't see that it says " total value " in section 423 of the CMTA but I'd like to be sure.
Thank you
Hey advice here, I have tadalafil prescribed to me. When I am coming to Philippines. Do I need to declare it?
Good day po, what if nag stay ako ng 3 months sa US at bumili ako dun ng microphone for vlogging and personal use worth 250 dollars na ginamit ko dun, mag babayad po ba ako ng tax para sa microphone pag uwi ko sa Pinas?
How about Chocolates that I am bringing as "SAMPLES" to be presented to Philippine Businessmens and Investors?
Hello Mam. My fiancé will be traveling here in PH this month, may dala po syang laptop sa carry on backpack nya. Need nya pa din po ba i-declare un sa customs ?
What is the peso limit for terminal 1? Is it 10k pesos or 50k pesos?
Hi Jocelyne. I'm a U.S. citizen and I am coming to the Philippines on March 1 and leaving on March 22. My question is concerning bringing in prescription drugs. They will be in their bottles and labeled as to what they are. It's my understanding that I will need a letter from my doctor verifying that I am taking these medications what they are used for. Also, I will be bringing with me my CPAP machine because I have sleep apnea. Just want to make sure that I am in compliance. Thank you!
Jocelyn we will be arriving in mactan international airport. next month. do we have to make this custom declaration?
Weird to have one rule for naia terminal 1 and another for all the rest. What happen if you dont fill it out before arriving? Confused about what they mean with goods, do they mean the value of the shirt im wearing? Also why ask when i last departure from philippines, if that is 10 yrs ago, it could be hard to know the exact date.
5:45 BTW, I DON’T GET THAT ON NUMBER 9 THAT I SUPPOSED TO DECLARE ALL MY USED ELECTRONICS ??
So you fill out the digital form on the plane with cell phone or do that when you get there and try to think after a 26 hour flight
I'm going Philippines in March 2024 for vacation. I'm from India. Do i also need to fill online custom clearance from even though if i don't carry anything except clothes and some needy things only?? Plz reply must. Thank you

Can i bring vegtable seeds
Hello Jocelyne. Thank you for your always very useful work. During my last stay in the Philippines (Sept-Oct 2022), I had filled out the two forms (paper and digital) not knowing that the digital version was dedicated to Terminal 1 of NAIA (Arrived at T3). In both cases, I am always confused about the materials to declare. On certain headings, it is clear: beyond personal use or non-commercial use. I'm taking a backpack of professional photo equipment with me... Which section is concerned? Should I declare knowing that the value exceeds 10KUSD? Until now, I declared by specifying in a handwritten way the personal use and the exit of the material at the end of my stay. I have never been bothered by customs. What is the rule ?
For me regardless of amount as long as it is for personal use.
A big problem is that the declaration form only exempts goods below 10,000 php, not 10,000 usd but 10k php is only about $185 (per current exchange rate). How is anyone supposed to travel with goods worth less than $185? Any camera, phone, appliance, shoes, laptop, clothing, or gifts etc. that exceed $185 have to be declared and therefore taxed? Just a nice set of suitcases alone can cost more than this. And nowhere on the form or website is there any exemption for personal use (for non-Filipinos). If a foreigner brings a laptop/phone/camera, gifts etc. above $185 he will be taxed? This is absurd especially with increased inflation. At NAIA 1 I saw someone get taxed for bringing a computer so I spoke with a customs official at NAIA terminal 1 who said it depends on the "value" of the computer. I asked how "value" is determined and he said it's by the purchase price or if it's new/used and that "value" is determined on-the-spot by the customs official which is an entirely subjective process. The "value" of your item will change from official to official. "Total amount of goods purchased and/or acquired abroad?" So does this apply to tourists also or just residents?
Do I have to pay to bring my personal vr an iPad ?
The last time I went to the Philippines, I didn't have to fill out the form. I brought in tons of chocolates and other sweet goodies. What kind of document do I need to present along the form in order to be able to bring it the next time?
Edit: Not literally tons, about 30 chocolates and other stuffs (4-5 kilos)
Hi Jocelyn, what happen if u don’t have email address? Thanks
You create one immediately! How do you even live in today's world without one?
You can create a new email.
so if I'm bringing travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, mouth wash, or a couple packs of gum and some chocholate bars. Do I need to declare If so do I need to list them
7:45 you'd declare the dollar amount purchased abroad.
If it’s for personal use, you don’t need to declare it. Again, it’s up to you!
Money and your foreign passport!… hahahaa
