Hello Mary, I just wanted you know that you have been such an encouragement to me, especially in my Sourdough journey. My family loves the bread I make. That gives me sooo much joy and happiness ( I even share my bakes with family and friends, telling the benefits of Sourdough. Thank you Mary for your delicious recipes. I have been using sourdough for about a year now and really love it! I started milling my own flour several months ago what a game changer. I would not even consider baking bread or anything else with any store bought flour now that I have experienced the wonderful and nutritious taste of fresh milled flour. I recently made your orange cranberry scones I did not have fresh cranberries so I used dried because that is what I had on hand. They were absolutely delicious and I will be making them again and again. I have also made your sourdough sandwich bread and your sourdough biscuits. Looking forward to trying all your recipes. Thank you so much!

Hi Mary, it's been cold up in Vermont as well, and like you, I love to bake when it's very cold out! I made some muffins too, bananas in my freezer to use up, with a mixture of red wheat and all purpose flour, some soured raw milk got thrown into the mix with walnuts. SOOOO yummy, and perfect for this very cold day with coffee. We had 5 degrees last night, supposed to be 10 degrees tonight, and I think you have more snow than we have up here! But I'm glad to have the cover we have. Stay warm and cozy!💖I have a stationary bike I ride in winter...
I am new to einkorn and recently bought some einkorn all-purpose flour from Azure Standard. I made rolls and although they were tasty, they were pretty dense. I am anxious to try these two recipes. God bless you and Casey....Sherri-Idaho

I really like the idea of freshly milled flour, but that is just something I am not going to at this point in my life. I do like all the other recipes. I just don’t need another kitchen gadget. I love your show. Thanks for all you do.

The bread is so healthy
Hi Mary..I am finding that alot of my sugar cravings are there since making my bread now..the couple of things I really like are a slice of my bread which I freeze with some cultured keifer butter toasted..and a cup of my mushroom coffee which I luv
.think may have a video of it..not sponsored but so good..heavy cream and a teaspoon of cane sugar or two..I also do not seem to be as hungry during the day and go longer between meals..and think my sugar levels coming down doing this and back into keifer and fermented drinks

Hey Mary I am so enjoying your channel and really enjoy the sourdough recipes. Did you say you were making a decaf latte? what king of coffee do you use and do you grind the beans yourself? BTW I purchased a Bosch mixer and a nutrimill grain mill like the one you have , I love them!
Meant to save is I do not crave or even wanted those sweet deserts anymore

I am gluten free. I tried regular sourdough my neighbor made and cannot holder it. I wonder how I would do with einkorn.
I have a lot of people say they can tolerate Einkorn. I would just try a small bite of something made with it and see how you react.
Do you keep an all Einkorn starter when you use it in recipes or do you just use your regular fresh milled flour starter for recipes?
I have converted my established starter to Einkorn. I let the jar get down to scrapings and then started feeding it Einkorn. Even though it's not 100% since the scrapings were fed with modern wheat, I feel pretty comfortable that it is very close at this point.
I am discouraged with my einkorn sourdough. I’ve tried twice. It is so much trouble and time consuming. I finally gave up and just use my regular sourdough. Any suggestions? Some of your einkorn recipes call for sourdough or the discard. I guess this is a stupid question, but can you use regular (AP) sourdough to make einkorn recipes? I so enjoy your videos.
