The rules of law on exparte conversations are that ALL parties must be present or notified of a meeting in chambers with a witness. This witness was in chambers with the prosecution and the judge (advocates of the state). How exactly was that ethical?
It would be different if the witness was not sworn in. Woody was sworn in as a prosecution’s witness.

Ceddy, my view and feelings as to this situation why hold a secret or closed door meeting before court it's disrespectful and nasty/ crude of judge Granville to do so, A Woody wasn't not going to what you all want, B the state has been ridiculous and defiant the entire time, C the defense wasn't given proper notice and explanation as why court is held up putting things on hold unnecessarily to pressure and threaten Woody to be open and direct and confirm things. Their next witness is going to do the something. None of their witnesses said I know what happened and here it is and dropped names and everyone panicked and started talking then switched up on the state, I was forced to sign, did read nor understood everything, they violated Miranda and falsely accused us and me of things.

* *My aunt was a prosecutor for GA for 16 yrs, she changed sides 8 years ago, she told my mother this tonight - The judge admitted to having an illegal closed door meeting. Also admitted to Steele being somewhat right about what was said by stating “He knows too much, too many details of a private meeting” He then held Steele hostage unless he gave up the name. But the bar states that if council is informed of an ethical violation from another member of the bar, while in trial or in the investigation stage of a case, that they should only tell their bar representative so there is no retaliation. If Steele were to tell that “Judge” who told him the information, he could be at risk of sanctions. The investigation into this judges actions in this trial will get him kicked off of the bench. He will most likely step down before that happens though to save face. The fact he denied the lawyers access into the court room will get him admonished by the state supreme court. The deputy governor was asked his thoughts on this trial and he said there are some major issues with that office (Da) and the judge may need to “Take a step back”. This won't end well for the prosecution or the judge. He displayed the ultimate bias today. It wasn't worth it. If another judge rules this was unethical and calls for a mistrial, the DA wont be able to re-file charges. They would have to call in a special prosecutor to take the case. But it will most likely be ruled that the defendants can't get a fair trial due to publicity and a state judges prior behavior. The judge and Love may have absolutely tanked this case smh. (my own personal opinion is that, I genuinely be live Thug and them are guilty of a lot of the things they are accused of. But I believe in getting that guilty verdict ethically and by the law!)*

The issue where you are wrong Ceddy is that Woody was sworn in on Friday. If you check the law there is to no ex parte convo with a sworn in witness without the judge alerting ALL parties because of the possibility of bribery, corruption, or coercion. You are not allowed to get a witness to change their testimony in the middle of a case to fit the case that you are attempting to put up. Imagine if that was lawful to do. There would be so many cases where the prosecution can just bribe a witness to say or do whatever.
