Hi, Melissa! It isn't, but there are some other tofu recipes in The Official Bright Line Eating Cookbook. You can find the cookbook here: amzn.to/2Hn5kdo 🧡
How did you measure a quarter ounce of sesame seeds? My OXO scale measures tenths of an ounce, so it can weigh .2 oz or .3 oz, but not .25 oz. I don't think you mentioned how you measured the seeds. Also, a fun subsitute would be black sesame seeds. They are very flavorful and a make a colorful traditional Asian garnish. Plus, you get an antioxidant advantage.
Hi, Pam! Becky's scale measures in 1/8th measurements. If yours doesn't do that, you would need to adapt the measurement ever so slightly. Black sesame seeds would be a great idea! Thanks for the suggestion! 👏
Looks yummy! I’m watching while preparing a recipe from the BLE cookbook.
Love that, Robbie! Hope you enjoyed your meal. 🧡
so many helpful tips in this one - I'm going to get myself a little white-board!

I am going to try tofu for the first time! Thank you for these videos.
By the way, we have a mutual friend....everyone’s favorite pediatrician!🤗
