@@alejandramorfin6282 I took off my door panel and went inside to disassemble the door handle and locking assembly. As I got to the actual lock and key itself, it free’d the key up. Will this possibly work with a lock that isn't allowing the key to be fully inserted for some reason. I was able to unlock the car three times this AM with no problem and now the key won't even go all the way in so obviously nothing will turn . No ice or issues like that here.

I was always told to NEVER put wd40 in a lock. Use graphite...
Thank you for the feedback
My stepdad has been a locksmith for 30+ yrs. I have key trouble all the time with my 2013 Honda Civic. The key works great on the ignition tho. He told me NEVER to use graphite.
What if my car key won’t even enter the keyhole? It has to be forced and then it leaves a streak on the key
I don't think wd40 will help in this case.
Thank You!!!
Took a few tries, but I got it...
Great job!
I still don't believe it. It just worked!!! Thanks.
Glad to help, thank you for the feedback, what was the make and model of your vehicle?
I did this(not because of this video) and the straw got stuck in the door. I pulled the straw out, but a piece of the straw broke off and got stuck in the keyhole. Now my key won't even go in the keyhole. I'm looking for a way to get the piece of straw, which I can't see, out of the keyhole.
Sorry for the late reply I appreciate your feedback .
Will this possibly work with a lock that isn't allowing the key to be fully inserted for some reason. I was able to unlock the car three times this AM with no problem and now the key won't even go all the way in so obviously nothing will turn . No ice or issues like that here.
It could just be very gentle. Don't force it.
@@RANDOMFIX thank you

Sorry for the late reply! did you find a solution?
Hi. I'm on day 2 and still no luck. I have a 2012 Ford Escape. Not sure if that makes a difference. I have only one lock on the vehicle on the driver's side. It hasn't budged.
Keep trying the different sides of the key and spay little my little. If you can’t get by the end of day two. You probably need to call a locksmith
@@RANDOMFIX Thanks
