This industry needs some real tire manufacturers like bikes do. As is pneumatics are a hunk of cheap rubber. Imagine the tires with good rubber compounds , kevlar beads with proper belts even puncture strips at a fraction the weight. Designed to be tubeless with a sealant. get the best rolling resistance, flat protection and grip...would cost though.
Agreed on the height, feels like it’s going to be an easy spot to snag a toe while riding. Pros/cons as always but look like a solid option for those looking for airless. Nice man.
You just made them more interesting to me. On the sunmates I have gotten plenty flats and it can be annoying, got to many that I can now fix the flats under 3 minutes and thats assembling the wheel back. Lol. Might be a record, however know that I have rode over 5 miles on flats and use a patch when I got home and boom 100% good again. Also got the board up on the 28s moh so flats won't be that bad at all but not when you get them daily for a week. The hight its a thing I dint like so thanks for bringing that up aswell. Other haven't put that on the plate, thanks for sharing your thoughts I now like to give them a try.
