Wow, wow, wow Debbie!! Every element is just perfect. I love your attention to detail and your eye for that little something extra is simply amazing. I just love it!
You are such an inspiration to me. Seeing how creative you are and how it translates into the beautiful journals you make. Thank you for sharing your talent ❤
I love everything about this journal! You inspire me without fail, and I am grateful. I'm new to mixed media and appreciate learning techniques and supply ideas from you. Thank you!
What an amazing journal, the cover is incredible with the wool fabric, love the closure. I love it when fabric is incorporated into journals, every page is a delight.
This is a perfect journal! It has beautiful trees and forest and animals, all of which I absolutely love. And it was created by a talented artist that I love as well. I feel like I scored exactly what I was hoping to by waiting for the right one. Thank you for all your amazing creativity and artistry! I am ecstatic! Hugs 🤗❤️
I have seen a lot of journal makers but are so far the best I have ever seen. I love this journal it is amazing. I would love one of your forest journals.
BEAUTIFUL!🌱💚 - my favorite color, love the fabric. Love it!❤❤❤ - My hubby wants me to make a smaller "folio/journal" with forest pics, he's a fly fisherman, we love the nature. I thank you for pointing me to the right direction. I will definitely buy from this seller. Been looking through several kits, but I cant find that lovely page that you "teared" & put behind a pocket - second or third page. Beautiful colors of that page. I will try to do something, it's not easy at all being a newbie. Should have started with JJ's before Mixed Media - this is very difficult for me, so insecure with papers, it's so hugh this theme & it feels overwhelming sometimes. Thank you for sharing - Hugs Lia from Sweden
Thank you! 😊 I think that page came from this kit: www.etsy.com/listing/1546566094/. I, too started with mixed media projects and found journals to be a great way to combine mixed media play with my love for paper. You can do it!
Omg Kipp. I haven’t even gotten off the cover yet. I♥️♥️♥️that cover. There’s a lot of nice covers out there but this is probably the nicest I’ve seen.it’s all in the details
Beautiful journal! Wow! The metal piece on the front with the square hole ( that you didn't know what it was) looks like a broken off piece of a skate key. Back in the 50's we used skate keys to tighten up our skates, which were clamped onto the bottom of our shoes!
❤absolutely stunning ❤😊I've subscribed ❤love your cover. Anton's forrest papers are really beautiful. I chose his circus papers to do a dt project for him earlier this year😊so happy I've found you❤
This is a stunning journal. I have a collection of wonderful goodies to make a forest journal as well and I was going to title it the same as yours! Absolute love this and now I have many ideas from your inspiration.XOXOJANE PS-Just subscribed! Very much looking forward to your next...
An incredible journal! Thanks for sharing. I learned so much and can’t wait to try some of your techniques. Where do you get you specialty papers? The teabag paper-love it!
This whole album is so awesome. I’m an animal, bird and nature freak anyways but you just did such a wonderful job. I love the edges.I would never throw away that spine either. Those old spines, the texture. It’s that same feeling that the writing in the 1800’s give me. Are you gonna do some videos with the owl journal. Would love to see the process. I’m thinking the mould is either Zuri or is it redesign that has that new mould. I saw it recently. Today I saw some new cool Halloween moulds byZuri. You will have to check them out if you haven’t seen them. Thanks for sharing . And the kit, gorgeous and the paper. I looked on her Etsy and she doesn’t have any on there. Did you say she has it elsewhere too. It’s beautiful
Thank you so much! I am a nature lover too! Louise tends to do paper dying in batches and when she gets some posted, they go fast. She will occasionally sell on Patty Lang’s (Sacred Mementos) channel. Might send her a message and ask when she’ll have more. The owl project will be 3 mixed media wall boards (not a journal). But I will post videos while I make them. Yes - I have the Zuri mold (I love their molds). 😁
I love this so much! I am enamored with what you're calling paper fasteners. Do you have a link for them or something like them, because they don't seem to be regular old brads.
Thank you. This type of paper fastener is vintage and no longer produced. I have the best luck finding them on eBay. Some asking prices are pricey and out of line, but with patience you can find them.
Your journal is beautiful!🙂
Thank you so much!
Stunning.. all the details are fabulous! 🤍
Thanks so much! 😊

Thank you, Tracie!
Love how this journal came together. I'm ready to go rip the spines off my books - loved how you used the spines throughout the journal. Meg
LOL. Thank you. I have a box of spine scraps - I love all the textures and surprises you can find in that little space in old books!
You are such an inspiration to me. Seeing how creative you are and how it translates into the beautiful journals you make. Thank you for sharing your talent ❤

Thank you! I get a lot from specialty papers Amazon. Also from online shops like Mulberry Paper and More.

Love this journal. Tell me what is the size of the metal corners. I have only ever found the tiny ones that won't fit on the thick book covers.
Thank you! Here’s an Amazon link to the exact corners I used on this journal: amzn.to/3YiNksw
Beautiful journal, but I did'nt like lace. I am hoping to see journals more masculin look. But thats my problem 😂
Thank you!
