It miss a lot of Perplexity feature that should be added (Nothing that a good system prompt can't do). Reference with numbers and clicking suggestion at the end of the response. I find out the perfect prompt for this on one of my Chrome extension.
Never understood why people would pay for a essentially GPT add on that you could possibly get in the next week or two with the advancements coming out for free??
I am always of the view that people should think hard about their expenses and services. If there's something unique to perplexity, or the ui is good, I'll give them 20$. If I don't save enough time or get enough value, I'll leave. If they make updates I re-evaluate. It's not hard to be critical and ask yourself, 'is the value added making sense?' I'll always support local non-cloud options, as I do think ownership is a valid concern. I want to be able to manage my own things according to my needs if I chose to. If something about the maintenance is burdensome, I'll get whatever service suits me. These are companies. No reason to like em, no reason to hate em. Just evaluate.

Hey! Great finding, thanks! I tried to install on Apple Silicon and Docker but when I open the browser it says “500 internal error”, but when I refresh it loads the ui but in the center of the screen it says “404 not found”. Do you know something about this error?

I have everything setup on port 3000 using docker, but after prompting it I get no response back. What could be the issue here?

Perplexica can't make a direct search from a specified web link. Is there any way to use it that way?
It can do that. You can give it a linka and it can crawl it.

Yes, I had that issue as well. Just try turning off the OpenWebUI docker instance and then starting it. That should fix it.
Working! It was a Chrome related issue. I had to reset the browser. Thank you very much for the advices and the video. 👏🏽👏🏽

i have install nomic ...but only custom_openai in Chat model Provider. nomic not appear in Embedding model Provider
