Orna - Gilga Ursa Swash is quite impressive! 18k+ Attack build

It's a bit wierd that 18k atk on gilga ursa will hit for under 2kk damage in a raid. I mean those are impressive stats, but the effective damage should be wayyy higher i'd think

Is it possible to bear Morrigan with any gilgamesh?

To beat? Normal Morrigan or Arisen Morrigan?
With Gilgamesh and Gilgamesh Hercules is quite doable, especially with Cataphract spec
