Arnor
Arnor, also known as the Northern Kingdom, was a kingdom of Men located in the land of Eriador in Middle-earth.
After eight hundred years of peace, High King Eärendur died in TA 861 and his three squabbling sons divided the realm into the three kingdoms of Arthedain, Cardolan and Rhudaur. The eldest son, Amlaith, claimed Kingship over all Arnor but was reduced to only ruling the region of Arthedain as his kingdom, while the other sons founded the kingdoms of Cardolan and Rhudaur. Thereafter the Dúnedain of the North spent their strength in foolish, petty wars, sapping their strength while enemies gathered in the shadows.
Arnor was re-founded in name by Arthedain's king Argeleb I, when Cardolan placed itself under the suzerainty of Arthedain. However Arthedain was never more than a shadow of the united Arnor and was unable to resist the power of Angmar. The people of Arnor were mostly wiped out by these wars, but the Hobbits survived in the Shire, Men survived in Bree and probably other villages, and the Dúnedain of Arnor created new homes in the Angle south of Rivendell, where some of them became known as the Rangers of the North.

You get Cardolan and Arthedain troops aswell as Sworn troops after building the house of Kings in Annuminas.
Cardolan and Arthedain troops are available once you form Arnor. Rhudaur troops are available once Angmar is dead.
Addendum to this wonderful comment! You can recruit some Rhudaur troops with Aragorn via the Beacon of Hope recruiting system. And later on after angmar is dead you can retrain these units :)
Honestly I've seen these ND -> Arnor series so often that I wish we could just get a series that starts out with Arnor formed (maybe just change it so the settlement you start with is Annuminas or whatever).
I did this recently and rushed the Aragon story as fast as I could using console commands to move him to the specific spots. I gave myself the money to make the house of kings and then used process_cq to finish it. I had Arnor reformed in about 10 turns so it pretty much let me play a Breeland and a ND campaign at the same time. And seeing as the ai bree doesn't do much in terms of attacking regions, it made them a competent ally that I could control.
Hello, friend. NIce turn we have here today, as only in the second episode you have the final choice. Remember that v5 is very different from AGO/ SUS that you are used in, as the special units are locked under a different mechanism. It requires less than AGO, however your best units are unlocked much later. In terms fo the general strategy, Bolger has a good comment in the first episode, which is good to follow. The regions above you is Ost Gelon north of Annuminas, which is a village, and Barketta north of Fornost, which is a Castle. But with those two regions, you shall have the whole of the old kingdom of Arthedain, which is actually your core region to fight against Angmar. If you claim them, then you will be able to shield Annuminas, while Fornost will be assaulted, as it does border Angmarim regions. It's a pity that you weren't that quick to claim Celoniach, as Dunland will take it, however you will be able to take it when Dunland decides to knock your door. I agree with your plan with the Goblins, though, if you manage to hit all the three towns east of Bruinen (Bruinost, Annon-en-Orrod and Ost-in-Edhil), then the Elfs will be able to keep the Goblins at bay while you will be free to continue into Cardolan and Rhudaur.
And now, let's get the second episode of our story:
Elrond was astonished to hear the decision of Aragorn. His reactions showed how angry he was, as he put aside the people of Gondor to stay only in the North. "It is exactly the same choice that the Numenoreans made in the height of their power. Should they have been united when they had the chance, Sauron would not have put them down".
"I know", Aragorn returned calmly. "However, I cannot abandon the few that remain here in the North. How would it seem if I go out for new deeds and abandon them in the fury of the axes of the Hillmen and the poisoned blades of the Orcs? For as long as I have power in my body, I will defend them".
Elrond took a long breath. The Elf Lord was silent for a long moment. Aragorn waited and didn't intervene. Then, after a while, Elrond got back.
"We were warned long ago", Elrond finally said. "Do you remember Ancalagon the Black?".
"The Black Dragon", Aragorn said. "I still remember his name. A smith of unparalelled skill and one of the Three Ringmakers. He had a long and very difficult life, as he went in a long journey seeked to redeem himself for what he has done. It's thanks to his works that we know of the Nazgul, their history and their deeds. And he also killed a dragon, if I remember correctly".
"Three", Elrond corrected him. "It was not only Eldrazor the Balck Serpent that you remember, but also two other Cold Drakes of the North. Nevertheless, it was his warning that stands between us this time. I remember him returning from Dol Amorth, when I sent him down as a regent diplomat to Prince Hirvegil, who was the Prince during the reign of Romendacil II of Gondor. He has said that there will be one time when the people of Gondor will become different from their kin of the North, as the two kingdoms have no common borders and their lives have different social parametres. I still remember him saying that one day the two will split, as they were not one even in the days of Elendil and his sons. Perhaps this day has already come".
Elrond did not speak, however a smith from behind came forth.
"My Lord", he told to Aragorn. "I understand very well that this decision is yours. I see that it would be better if you tried to reunite the Kingdom of Numenor, however you are a Human and you are more aware of what suits to Men. I am an Elf, we have different standars and a different story that formed us. So, I doubt if my opinion is the most suitable to the needs of Men".
Aragorn nodded deeply in front of the smith. As this man was Dornornoston the Smith, a student of Ancalagon and the greatest smith of his time. Aragorn knew that he reforged Anduril.
"Here", Dornornoston continued. "Even the name of the sword is different: Anduril, the Flame of the West. If it was to reunite the Kingdom of Numenor, I should have given its old name, Narsil. But Numenor is under the waves and its people are in Exile. So, bringing an oracle of the Old Times might not be the best to defeat Sauron and bring properity back to your Kin".
Gandalf stayed silent too as Aragorn told him of his decision and the reactions of Elrond and Dornornoston. He seemed like a statue of stone as he was sitting in front of the fire that was still glowing. "Indeed, Dornornoston should be right", he finally replied to Aragorn. "Our days are not the same, and to us that have lived for so long might seem different. However, as I often say, you are Isildur's heir, but not Isildur himself. And if Sauron is to confront you, he will confornt a very different man - for good or for evil, who really knows? So, my friend, since you have chosen, you need to keep to the path that is lying now under your feet".
"May I ask you something?", Aragorn said. "Do you know, or remember, a man named Thorondor?".
"Yes, I do", Gandalf said after a pause. "I know him very well, I was there when he was born. But since I know him so well, I'll leave him to tell you his story. Or - since I know his moves - I'll let you to discover him. But have in mind that a wizard has good reasons to fear him, as well as a man and a Nazgul".
"Perhaps I can imagine who is the man", Aragorn said, "and perhaps I might understand who is the Nazgul. But who is the wizard?".
"Do you think this wizard is the grey one?", Gandalf aksed him with a normal voice, but in a way that many meanings were left underneath.
"It's difficult to see his colour", Aragorn replied in the same manner.
Right outside Amon Sul, but in an angle that the wizard and the man on top of the hill could not see him, a single figure was standing watching the top of the hill. dressed in a dark cloak, the head was fully covered and no one could see the face. Man or woman, who could say? The only thing that was evident was the bow the figure had in its hands, with clear springs forged as the heads of an eagle. And the shape of a longsword hilt was also seen under the cloak. The figure stayed in a distance from the Grey Company's patrols and left immediately as the setting Sun disappeared under the horizon.

Wow!! I've only done the one campaign in version 5, currently on turn 100 with Rohan and I've never seen that Flame Wrangler unit once xD that was epic haha, you're making me wanna do a Northern Dunedain run too. Great episode!!
Great episode as always my friend! I have only one suggestion, which is to rename Deadman's Dike to Fornost Erain, as it should be.

5:11 Now here is my one issue with the shield plan. Great in theory but we know that the AI is stupid as hell and the High Elves would not garrison them. What I am proposing is that you give them to the High Elves then manually transport a High Elven general or captain right next to the settlement. I don't think this is cheesing as the AI is idiotic and we know in the "real world the Elves would immediately garrison the settlement. The issue comes when you give it to the HE and then you are immediately trying to take it back due to the Goblins taking it from the H.E.

Bro why don't you focus to sell region of goblin to the kd they are very rich and they are very powerful in auto resolve and they become best Ally that's my opinion else upon you
Sometimes the AI doesn't exactly make the best decisions for KD when choosing which route to take from Erador to KD,as the longer route can sap all your cash in upkeep and has harder battles as well. Presuming that it uses the script.

In Divide & Conquers discord server there are links that give you the download. Sadly i can't invite to the discord server for some reason. I'll ask the moderators of the dac server if they can give me the possibilty to invite.
