Hand over the deer's antler/s to the Forest department of India office, where they might take it and put it up for the exhibits.
Give it to the nearest Government Museum for the exhibits.
Sell it or donate it to a Zoological laboratory where the students can study the horn structure and pattern. If it is big, well maintained and in good condition.
Take the antlers to the nearest Police station and hand over it to the concerned authorities.
Obtain the license and necessary documents to get permission officially by the Forest department of India, to keep the ancestral property in his own possession
