Caleb the Alligator Ricky is more unique than the Birkin 25…that can always be added later, but the Alligator Ricky is a Showstopper!!!! You didn’t tell us what the price differences were…are they all in the same range? I’d think the Birkin 25 has an up-charge being preloved. Share your thoughts!🥰

The alligator Ricky is gorgeous. Also, that Ralph Lauren doesn't kill the alligators but uses their hides after they pass on is such an ethical way of using alligator skin, as the way most alligator skin is processed is quite nasty from what I've heard. This is the first I've heard of this kind of approach. I plan to get a Ricky down the road (leather version), as I really like how quality the bag is without the $10,000 price tag. Forget Chanel, I want a Ricky. 😁

I love the Hermes picotin, I have one in the size 22 in the color malachite. Green is one of my favorite colors and I was excited to get one of my dream non quota bags in my favorite color. I say go with the exotic Ricky bag, it's always satisfying to have a classic curated collection with a touch of variety.
If the alligators die of natural causes, they probably grow to be nice and big, so you get those wonderful striking big tiles on the leather! I know some people want their alligator or crocodile items to be subtle, but for me, if I’m going to carry around or wear an item made from a crocodilian, I want people to be able to tell it’s a crocodilian! That bag makes the alligator leather a big bold statement, which is as it should be, in my opinion.
Ricky alligator for sure just because I think he is more special I will definitely look twice when someone will walk by me for this one I see all the time Hermes so it’s less special to me

That's a tough decision! Suede is actually fairly easy to care for if you have a suede eraser and brush!
