As always an amazing effort from the entire team! Jared always says we give answers. Keep looking! Yesterday I had the honor of meeting Jacob and Lindsay from Chaos Divers and Britain from Depths of History! I told Jacob I got lost on the way and asked for directions at an auto parts store and they saw me wearing my AWP hoodie and I asked if I was a team member because they had been on the news. I said no, but when Jacob heard this he said you’re a part of our team! My heart grew 20 times larger! When I left they all smiled and waved to me! AWP really is everyone. You guys are so cool, down to earth, and are just great people doing great things. I’m the pink haired girl who had to touch the iconic RV! While it's the right thing to do to let them in ,this should be a lesson to private owned properties as well. While we all want to bring some sort of closure to the family and friends ,you need to protect yourself from liability. That corporation probably has deep pockets.
So when one of the divers has an accident and either dies or is somehow injured and not able to provide for his family and children.A lawsuit is filed ,and under deposition you'll hear the corporation employee allowed an amateur dive team to be there.
That's an easy 10M or more settlement that corps insurance will deny.
Will that likely happen ? Probably not.But I wouldn't want the liability .
      Keep up the great work

    • @sanderjutte8493

I guess it will be very difficult, not only liability/insurance issues but it could also attract (bad) publicity - headline: body found on Willy Wonka's property -,
a crime scene can appear so maybe operations must be halted for a while, some (bad) practices that can attract internal and external auditors.
They chosen (sadly but kinda understandable) the easy and safe way out.
It would be nice if a top shot was confident in his company and provide all the support to make it happen. Just for the family and local community.

This is a person whose family needs answers and to bring their loved one home, and that should trump property every time. I get the sense, though, as others have pointed out, that these folks have something else to hide not related to this case, but related to that body of water. Otherwise they would've simply had them sign a waiver, and perhaps something stating that they accept any damages incurred to property in the process of the search.

After seeing so many missing people found in their vehicles underwater,it makes me wonder just how many more missing people might be in a lake close to their homes that have not been discovered yet. It's ashamed that there are so many unsolved missing person's reports that have not been solved for so many years. There are so many surviving family members with so many unanswered questions about their missing loved ones. You guys are amazing at what y'all do and how many families y'all have put their minds and hearts at peace because y'all recovered their loved ones. To those that are saying that the guy knows something, or is hiding something. Take a step back and think of a simpler answer. The place is a corporate owned facility that has rules and requirements to follow. Is this guy gonna risk his job by not having them go through with the paperwork and risk them getting hurt? Yes the AWP team is professionals, Yes the chances of them getting hurt are very slim. The chance is still there though and they dont want the liability of that without the proper agreements in place. Not everything is a conspiracy and i hope that in future videos they tone down the conspiracy rhetoric and go with the more likely situations.

Although I agree not everything is a “conspiracy” however I can’t figure out why even the whisper of the possibility of a real conspiracy triggers people. The only way to “tone down” the conspiracy rhetoric in this video is to cut out the whopping 2 minutes they spoke of anything that could be interpreted as conspiracy related that’s the only part. So what I think you really mean is there are no real conspiracies ever and how dare someone even consider the possibilities.
It has to be the constant vilification of anyone who goes against the mainstream narrative that has created what I see as yet another way to maintain lies. They’ve convinced many to ostracize, bully, ignore, and even cut people out of their lives for believing the truth is being hidden about some things.

He knew why you were there, it was explained to him on the phone or else you would have had to explain it yourselves. He opened the gate as soon as he got there and was letting you in. I'll bet the farm that either he called the home office or a higher up got word of your request. Ian got a call asking for an explanation and, when he mentioned a possible crime scene, corporate didn't want the company name connected to a crime. I hope you guys will be willing to jump through the hoops required to get clearance to search because my gut says that he is there.

Naa Holly you're too smart and thinking about it too much. It was all simple while watching it.
He was cool with the search during the period of time that he thought it was a recent missing person case. The second he realized it was a case from years ago he decided he was too lazy to deal with it and it wasn't his problem, in that moment he himself alone added the red tape.
This company will get far more negative publicity from declining access to a cold case investigation than they ever would just being attached to a solved old cold case on their property.
This manager is just incompetent and if his bosses see this video he'll probably get the shaft rightfully.

I love these videos. You have kept me entertained while going through some difficult circumstances. Injuries that have kept me down. I appreciate these even more since my situation is similar to what some of these missing persons cases. My injuries are directly related to "leaving an area" literally trying to get away from control.
I just recently found in a chiropractor x-ray a very bad fracture in my skull, literally crushed in. This was refused diagnosis at krnc hospital in Mohave county Az. I was ran off the road on my way to a job interview for a commercial driving job. A bus driver for a resort. I was refused the right to leave, to receive medical attention and then after I was refused ins payment for the accident. After that they charged me with " means of theft of transportation" for a rental from the accident. It just doesn't end. After dismissal of that case against me the very next week they arrested me, seized my 10 horses and then ruined the case themselves. They put me out of the jail the next day and kept my horses. They tried getting me to sign a okes deal when I was innocent, the victim.
We are at a stalemate now. I don't know if my horses are alive. I saved my 2 dogs but the situation is still very bad. On June 1 of 2021 I was ejected out if my bus seat in a wta public transportation and crushed my lower lumbar disc/vertebrae and fractured my pelvis. The driver was a las Vegas degenerate problem from a tour bus company there. I had just started applying to work again and had job interviews that week. As a commercial driver.
    What a racket!
So thank you for entertaining me 😅
