Hello! Your videos have been an excellent resource for my project using Microsoft Forms and Power Automate. I’ve set up a travel and training request process where users submit their requests via Microsoft Forms, and Power Automate handles the workflow.
However, the process has become lengthy because supervisors and managers must sign each request. In your setup, I noticed you include a link that directs each approver to their respective form for signing off. How can I create a similar link in the email body of the supervisor's approval request so all leadership can simply click the link and sign off?

Hi, I use deep linking to achieve this. I also have a SharePoint group for all approvers and use it for item level approval as described in this video. Setting Up Item-Level Permissions in Power Apps: The Travel Request Approval Tutorial (Part 2)
Once you set up item-level permissions, once you redirect them to the form, it automatically shows them only what they have access to. You can use that to show approve or reject buttons and what the approver needs to see. I hope that makes sense.

Hello, Thank you very much for this awesome video series. Same thing happening with me. I am submitting the different forms SubmitForm(TeamLeadForm), etc but it's creating new record in sharepoint list. I think it's happening because I am choosing "New" mode when creating the form. But as soon as I switch to edit mode form does not appear at all on the approval screen. Is there a way to edit record which was already submitted.

Hello. When I do this it creates another record in the Sharepoint table just saying "Approved." What do you think I did incorrectly? Thanks!

Does it create a record without clicking the "Approve" button?

@@OptimalTrainingGroup It creates the record right after I click APPROVE. The only fields filled in on that record is the APPROVAL and AWAITING APPROVAL info... nothing else... and because a new record is created I am getting another email sent. ha ha Thanks for the quick reply. :)

@@aimeeoneil7029 Make sure you're submitting the right form. SubmitForm(TeamLeadForm),SubmitForm(ManagerForm), etc. You could be submitting the same form twice at different levels. Also, are you saying the comments is not appearing?
