My problem is not about emotional eating it is about control. If i can't control things in my life i control that part of me by binge eating.
yes, that is another common underlying cause. Be sure to tap on it, it can really help. I do have videos for *feeling out of control *uncertainty *worry...take a look and see if any of them help :)

Not craving not eating everything takes salty. Go without eating. Fasting. Doesnt make a difference
