@@live_4ever692 I get what you're saying. There is a certain thing that God created us each to do that no one else could do like we do. But at the same time, he doesn't need us. If we choose not to follow Him, He will find someone else who will do it.
@@murphygirl1388 exactly, but still I think that f. e. only you can complete your own mission. God has something special for everyone. Every person is different and no one can do things the way you would do them because people are individuals and so are our tasks. For example, if God wants you to lead worship, and you don't, there may be another person who can do it, but not in the same way, at the same time or with the same thoughts, talent and call. That's why I think that we shouldn't underestimate our missions :)

This is who Jesus Christ is. He is God. That left Heaven to be born a small child. To learn what a human feels. To grow up as a human then to give His life for you and me. So that we could have life and life more abundantly . Why would you want any thing else but a one on one personal relationship with Jesus Christ that is God. He loves as He finds us. He never changes. People that we thought were our friends will change. Yet, Jesus Christ never changes. He stays the same. His hands are stretched out to us.

I was engaged, I thought I had everything going for me; full time college student about to graduate, serving in the Army Reserve, living in a luxury apartment with a rooftop pool overseeing the Queens Borough Bridge. After college land that dope job and start That "couples business", buy that big house "you know which one, the one that on the outside it is all lit up and beautiful. I was blinding myself with what I thought marriage was supposed to be like. I had a lot of battles I was dealing with. I found many ways for my ex fiance to not trust me, which lead to her losing patience, lead to toxic lashing out from both ends.
My sins soon had its consequences and I ultimately fell. I cheated and the girl I cheated with told her when my fiance confronted her. Basically who knows when it would stop.
I fell into a great depression filled with shame, anger, regret, sorrow, horrible ideas to cause myself pain for hurting her. You name it. I felt all the stages of grief in a day on repeat.
The funny thing is that throughout all the hurt and pain God has been there. And little did I know that I was not going into marriage the way God designed it for. I was so lost.
This song is for us to know that we put a lot of burden on ourselves when we make mistakes. It has not been easy. But you have to fight the Good fight.

Jesus saves and he wants You TO Know that HE wants You!! He loves you. One day you will lift your burden and when you do. You will remember this song because you will be engulfed in God's grace.

I am going through a lot currently unemployed struggling financially and anxiety persistently. My anxiety gets worse at times and it’s unbearable. Sometimes it’s so hard to cope but then I know that my problems are nothing compare to God’s unending grace. There’s never too much praying ., continue praying about this small thing and this big thing and this them thing. Thank you for your testimony! Let’s continue to have faith in God and put our trust in Him and believe that everything will be alright. His plans are greater than ours.

I would ask you to be more gracious with your words. God has different people at different places in their faith walk. Just because God uses something to speak to other people that he may not use the same for you doesn't mean you don't know him intimately. :)

I completely understand where you are coming from but it’s hard to hear those lyrics and not think about how amazing God is, even if it hasn’t personally happened in your life yet.

I do not find a true connection between what this song says and the God of the Bible. It’s like comparing a shallow stream to the depths of the ocean. If God's word is the only way you experience God i encourage you to find Him in everything you do. He is everywhere..nature, people, and especially music. Everyone has a different way in connecting with God and music is a great way to express one's love to Him. I personally feel this song expresses God's amazing love towards us.

This song brings me to tears every time I hear it. God's brought me so far. Even just 6 months ago I hated myself, was stuck running in circles and lost in a vicious cycle of self-mutilation and wandering desperately trying to find the light. Now I'm still running, but I'm running full speed towards Him, no matter what happens. And I pray that anyone who reads this who is in the same spot that I was, that they would have their hearts softened and their eyes opened to the truly incredible, impossible, awesome love that the Father has for us. We are made complete in His sight and we are only complete in Him.
