The detail they gave on the steam coming from the pee, due to the cold and dry weather was spot on...😅 Also, In my opinion, Apart from Askeladd, Snake might be one of the most handsome character in the entire series.

I cant wait for season 3, i already binged the manga a few months ago and now im all caught up. Einar is really one of the MVPs of the show, along with some other characters that will show up and definitely become fan favorites. (Cant wait for bug eyes to show up lmao, he's my favorite alongside Einar)
Snake's great and while we get to see more of what he's made of, there's no real development for him as such. You're selling Askeladd incredibly short by comparing them. Askeladd was a major character written on a level far, far above Snake.

Einar helps Thorfinn thru his PTSD. Snake is a warrior from Constantinople who revives his warrior instinct. And Arnheid's story will drive him to go to Vinland. This farmland saga molded Thorfinn to the man he will be.
