That countdown timer is the greatest timer in the entire G-Shock line. Only due to the fact that it shows both the current time and countdown AT THE SAME TIME.
Another Nutnfancy watch video. Makes me happy. Love the overall content Nutn. I enjoy all of it. Looking forward to this vid
I like it, a lot. My aging eyes need that large display!
Love the Casio watch reviews! I bough my first gshock bc your reviews turned me onto the higher end gshock I didn't realize existed!
I have this watch and love it. The big display is great and I love the vibration feature. It will vibrate for alarms and at the top of the hour. I wish more watches had this vibration feature. The stabilizers make it super comfy too.
Got one from my children 3 years ago. It has been dependable. I like the vibration alarm function and the UTC world time.
I am wearing this right now, been great since I bought it over a year ago.
I am a watch guy!!! I own everything from Rolex/Tudor/Omega/Tag/ Victorinox/Seiko/Casio...the G-Shock is a great watch for what it is...an outdoor adventure, military, work watch...each watch has its purpose and the G-shock fills its role...great vid Nutn...don't let the watch snobs deter your great work...
Mine should be delivered today! Thank you for all the years of sound advice and review some quality gear. Cheers!
I've had my gshock for years things a champ, takes a beating, and it works for the job and put and about
Just got this for Christmas, love the look and you can hardly feel it cuz it’s soo light
Just bought one! Can’t wait to get it!
I have this watch, got it for the countdown timer one touch button. Big display, easy to read. It's awesome.
I have lots of GSHOCK watches, this is without a doubt the most confortable and my favourite beater. Gets the most wrist time.
The timer custom button is just
❤❤❤❤
This is the only watch I own...wore it every day for about 3 years...love it.
Im about 2 and a half years behind this upload but ive got one in all black with grey backgrounding. I love it. Its not a 1100 dollar rolex or casio but it keeps time and takes a beating. Id buy it again.
I've had this watch in black for 3 and a half years now. I have worn it everyday as an outdoorsman, welder, mechanic, and military. It has held up very nicely. As with everything there is a downside, I've had to change the battery three times now. Some how after the second change the vibration alarm stopped working, but that's because I thought I could do it myself instead of actually taking it to someone and accidentally must've screwed it up. Overall, very nice and rugged watch.
I own the Armitron you showed and love it. Had it over a year and still looks new. Get lots of comments on it as it is such a bold time piece that demands attention. First watch I bought after watching reviews and getting the bug. Of all my watches it is my favorite but it is a hoss to wear in a small wrist.
I've been wearing this watch for over a year now, great watch and I wear it pretty much full time (just take it off when I sleep). Got it at Costco for about the same price, my only gripe is that sometimes I activate the mode button when I have it tighter and turn my wrist. Other than that, I'll wear it until it dies, if ever.
Funny thing. I have to take BP meds. I have taught my 2 labs to come and alert on me when they hear my alarm on my Casio sound, so I don't miss my pills. Every time I watch a watch review and Nutn hits the alarm here the dogs come barreling at me to take my meds and give them a biscuit.
Nutnfancy: I bought one of these off your recommendation, and I have to say, it freaking rocks! Thank you Sir!
Oh so glad to hear that, it surely is a great watch. You will like. It's one of my faves for its legibility. -nutnfancy
nutnfancy Sir, I'd just like to say that I bought the black, negative display model, and the legebility has been great. I've never been disappointed with anything I bought off your recommendation. P.S. Do you mind if I send a letter to the PO box or email you? I have some questions that I'd appreciate if you could answer. Thank you.
love love love tnp watch vids. Nutn you rock! gshock my always go to edc watch. Keep up the best reviews nutn
Who doesn't love background eye candy? One of my favorite things about TNP.
Love the watch reviews
I just bought this watch it's awesome!
I put mine on a leather bundt. Looks ridiculously large on it, but that is part of the fun.
I like that you can start the timer in almost any mode. I like the large and easy to use buttons and the vibration alarm. It is great that it shows you the home time in all modes except World time. It is the most legible g shock I have. It does have an auto illumination function.
The light is almost too bright.
@nutnfancy I have that one but in a all black band and all black face- Japanese import, have had it for 2 years now and love it. Great review.
Great watch, really cool look.
I just got this fancy watch threw the mail today it look too big but heavy it was an impulse buy and now Iam sending it back. My first watch was a Casio g shock low end about 30 years ago and it lasted about 5 years until I fell off a motorcycle and destroyed the face of it but it saved my wrist.
I will probably go back to the g shock after your video.!!! Thanks bro for your videos all of them. You tell it like is.!!
Hey Nutn! AWesome reviews! Youre making me want to get a watch even though I feel like ill rarely wear it haha!
The Casio GD-350-1B is black with negative display and golden numerals , pretty sick.
Love the watch vids man, keep it up.
One of the best all around G-Shocks for function and utility
The GD350 is also used by the GIGN
Watched your review. I just bought this for £55 down from £80! New daily driver woop!!
Hey Nutn...I got this watch just over a year ago, model GD-350-1jf. (Japan import) Mine is black with small red accents. Reminds me of the classic g-shock we grew up with, model 5600.
My only gripe with the gd 350 is that the alarm could be louder. Otherwise, good stuff.
Great review! I have this G-Shock and 4 others. I also love timex Ironman, and Timex digital shock expeditions. Another favorite brand is Victorianox swiss army. The Victorianox INOX is one of the strongest watches you can buy. It's a tank of a watch. You can get them for under five hundred. Very durable and awesome swiss movenment. Love it
No mention about the vibration alarm? Super useful. Only the (non-GShock) W735, W736 & TRT110 have it.
Awesome watch
Sweet video, I have been wearing a Casio G-Shock since I entered the military and wear it everyday to work great watches! Btw I watch all the videos but the ones on AR15s are a big favorite of mine and everyone I know.
Just picked up two on clearance at Walmart for $12 each. Not gray, though. Black. I really like the stabilizers. I love this watch.
the blackout model is out of my 4 Gs my favorite and most treasured
had it for a while review on my channel
How is the vibration alarm function on this watch?
Just bought this watch the other day from amazon and finally received it today. Bought it in large part because of your review, I wasn't aware of this model until I saw your vid and I've been in the market for a decent digital watch. I got the negative display and I love it so far, although I think someone tried it out and returned it because there was some dude's arm hair wrapped around the screw on the case.
Ive had this watch for 2 years! its awesome!! I just replaced it with a Fenix 5 tho!! :)
Papi Maximus I'm well aware thanks! They are both great watches in their own class!
Nutnfancy or Doodle any way you could make that white font in the video bigger or bolder. Thanks.
great review. Amazon has the GD350-1B in all black with a negative face. I like the "stabilizers" that G Shock has available since they are easily used to convert the watch to a NATO style strap.
Great review Nutn! Maybe I missed it, but 2 of my favorite features are the vibe alarm (stealth) and the fact that it uses CR2032 batteries (same as my optics)...just sayin'
Just bought one today
dig the watch review... buying the Casio AE-100 w. Orange Band lately.... $20 at Walmart or eBay plus 10 year battery !
I have this one too! I have a lot of expensive Gshocks so I don't wear this one much but I do love it. Mine is black though with the gold numbers
Yes it comes all blacked out with reverse display and gold numbers which is what mine is
I like Casio...best watch for the money...i bougt one piece nylon strap (searched Zulu or maratec or something like that) and the single strap adaptors ...one set has lasted me 8 years so i dont know if you can still get them.
My Casio GW-9400BJ-1JF arrived today, with a green bezel and band coming tomorrow...damn you Nutn damn you
I gotta G shock 5255, chronological, had it for a couple years....very handy...
Cool watch nutn, the grey is on point. I'm more of a casio 5600, tape my glasses kind of nerd. I know you have that one too. Peace!
I had an Armitron, It was alright but I press the mode button under 4 ft of water and it flooded. I have switched to G-shock instead.
Hey Nutn, give the Casio G-Lide line a look, still a g shock but super slim and unobtrusive... which I love as you can't always wear a big chunky watch.
I have been rocking one for 5 years and I LOVE IT! They come in solar, regular batteries etc, nearly every colour combo and are super affordable.
Great for wearing under tight fitting sleeves or as a more modest fashion statement while still being bomb proof
Not a big fan of this watch, But I watch every Nutn Video to help support the Channel. Keep em coming !
Nice good stuff!
It’s a awesome watch actually switched from a Apple Watch series 3 to this actually one for my job and it holds up great I paid $89 and it serves its purpose
Keep the watch reviews comin!
i got the gd 350 with negative screen, its looking badass as hell. but i wish it was solar atomic
Bro this watch looks amazing. It has amazing display. But my bad as this colour not available in India. There are many of editions are not available in India. Dont know the reason. But really thanks for ur review. Loved it. Keep up the great work.
cheap replacement for the current casio gw- 9010 , any bark river or lion steel knives in the future?
That is such a great knife (Benchmade)
nutnfancy, since you have handled these in person, would you recommend the grey or black for military duty use? I am afraid the grey will stand out too much. Thanks!
Did I miss it? What was that little circular display for on this watch?
Just found your channel. Awesome reviews.
I know we're in the US, but can you state the weight of the watches in grams as wll if possible. Thanks
Well there goes some more money. Lol love the watch reviews.
cool watch...I like them and I've seen a lot of fellow submariners wearing them as their 'at sea' watch...I've been wearing a suunto core all black military watch for years that I just think is the gold star standard, but costs a little bit more than what most would call a beater watch
The screws only hold the wing pieces on. Still has springbars for the band.
these are like tidbit reviews very cool
Could we see some Orient/Seiko watches
Three blades?!
You da man 😎
Nutn give us some examples of what you could not get away with for a watch in the military.
no mention of vibe alarm?
Hi. I'm Happy Fisto and I approve of this watch (even tho its from a star destroyer)
What about the negative display of this model? Any good? Or it sucks like the rest of the Casio line?
Nutn, are the timex watches worth looking at? specifically the expedition series? they're on the cheaper side but the expedition scout chrono caught my eye
Dagg Timex sucks. if you want cheap and tough, Casio are tough to beat. I'm a Seiko guy myself though
theshapeexists I figured. I couldn't seem to find any decent in depth reviews about them, just ones that kinda say what they look like
I've had quite a few timex watches over the last decade. some for outdoor and some for casual. Never had an issue.
Not on 24hr time LtC ret.? Nice watch, on my list.
Hats???
Casio underestimates on purpose the batery life on its watches. My DW5600 runs on the original batery for 7 years now,and my DW 6900 is in its 5th year...
love mine
that bug at 3:08 is totaly checking your watch!
The Amazon description says "Water Resistant 200m (660ft): in General, Suitable for Professional Marine Activity and Serious Surface Water Sports, but not Diving". Not sure why anyone would need to use this type of watch for diving anyway. Besides the stopwatch / timer what value would it have to anyone who dives in a word with so many good wrist-top dive computers?
My black GD350 is waiting for me at the PO. Can't wait.
Also bought a NATO band for it.
Costco has a version of these (more black than grey) for $69.99 in the store and on line.
Not a fan of watch videos but I understand the need for varied content.
Got g shock for Father's day.
Im betting you probably dont want to, but you should do a Sig Legion review/comparison.
It might have an auto light function but I dunno, great review
it looked like you were loading 300 black out there nutn. 🙂
I'd love to have the all black benchmade infedel otf with a full straight edge knife for personal collection but just don't have military id to buy it here locally, I'm not in the military
do more feature length videos
I have this for my shooting range watch. Lol.
If this had a gw7900 wings it would be perfect
Like the watch, check out the Nixon Tangent for stainless option, all black, swiss movement, tide dial, 200 meters, g10 links. A bit heavy but a really nice watch. Retails for 500 find a new one online for about 120. Check it out!!
Sheffield 1282 Folding Utility Knife.....Amazon 9.86
Sheffield 1282 Folding Utility Knife.....Walmart 2.97
vostok amphibia scuba boy is very affordable automatic, with modding opportunities. different bezels on e-bay. Soviet ruggedness
this was my first G-Shock. had it for 3years and i still love it, it has been throu alot of wear and tear but still looks and works perfect.
