    Thank you for the video, Theo. You had a good luck with mantas!
    What month have you been there? The resort looks nice. Would you recommend it? Do they dive only from a boat, without a shore entry?

      Hi Val! We visited Tulamben in May. Our intended destination was Bunaken and Lembeh, but we rebooked due to the volcano eruption and Manado airport closure. Resort is very nice. We travelled with non divers as well so they enjoyed the resort. Certainly recommended. They do have a house reef with four shore entries along the resort. You have been traveling a lot lately…💪👊👍😅

      @@DivingTheo Thank you! We are retired now and travel about 6 months a year. In 10 days we will go to Alor and then to Amed and Tulamben. Regarding the resort, how many divers per guide you had?

      @DivingTheo  Місяць тому +1

      @@DiversLens They operate just one dive boat, usually 2 boat dives per day. Max 10 divers on the boat. Most of the time 4 divers per dive guide. When it gets busy with divers they offer dives by car to nearby dive sites. The guides job is training and way finding, not so much critter spotting. However they point out things if they find something nice to see. The management states that photographers should be able to find their subjects. We are going back to Tulamben (to Villa Markisa)in october with Tom and Krysia. Enjoy your Alor, Amed and Tulamben adventures.

      @@DivingTheo Thank you for additional information! I see that their management has a quite unusual positions with respect to critter spotting:(
