लाखों-करोड़ों की सैलरी बहुत कम लोगों की कहानी है। हम क्यों हमेशा ऊपर देखकर परेशान या उदास होते हैं? बैंक की नौकरी करने वाले एक अच्छा जीवन जीते हैं। इस देश ऐसे बहुत से लोग हैं जिन्हें महीने में पांच हजार के आस पास ही मिलता है वे खुश तो नहीं होंगे पर जिन्हें 28 लाख साल का मिल रहा हो वो भी खुश न हो इसे हवस ही कहेंगे। मैं भी स्टेट बैंक से रिटायर हुआ पर मुझे सैलरी को लेकर कभी शिकायत नहीं हुई। पर बाद के दिनों में काम का बोझ बहुत ज्यादा बढ़ा दिया गया बल्कि परिस्थियां अमानवीय कर दी गईं।

Only solution for this is creating SBI EMPLOYEES HOUSING WELFARE FUND n creating townships for the employees across the country

A chairman of PSB can not do much in salary perk of any employee as this is decided by IBA a collective organization of all banks. CMD has powers of trfr and promotion only beside punishment if any wrong , fraud is done by any employee.
Apart from in hand salary he must have gotten stock options in sbi company. Which have grown a lot over the years

A lot of Injustice made to fellow colleagues during his tenure as Chairman. Callous attitude towards fellow pensioners never thought of their suffering while in power. A truly selfish ex-Chairman deserved to be hatred.
आदरणीय चेयरमैन महोदय बड़ी वड़ी हाँक रहे हैं कि एक लाख पेंशन कुछ भी नहीं फिर उनका क्या जो 30 40 हजार पेंशन में गुजारा कर रहे हैं इन्होंने आज तक स्टेट बैंक पेंशनर के लिये कोई सकारात्मक अनुशंसा कर पेंशन बढ़ाने की कोशिश नहीं की ?

@shretasjoshi आप लोग आज भी अपना और अपने स्टाफ के लोगों का ही ध्यान रखते हो कभी आउटसोर्सिग ( हाउसकीपर बॉय ) का ध्यान क्यो नही रखते हो जो की 30 वर्षो सें स्थाई नौकरी पाने की उम्मीदों में 1 दिन में

Mostly he said right but on accommodation for retire is wrong. 99.9℅ bank employee build their own house , some even 2 during their career. Every PSB give Housing Loan at concessional rate of interest. How he has not built/purchased house during service is really strange. Most of us bank staff ( I am also one) have built decent house till one reach 40-45 of age. Some even purchase in 30-35 age is aft 5-10 years of service. Loan is available for staff aft 2 years of service. Rarely any bank staff from peon to CMD will have no house of his own. At least I do not know any one in our bank who has 15-20 yes of service

Kickbacks are in the form of post retirement assignments. He openly admitted. Why anyone is paid Rs10cr post retirement?

This is annual pay. And if you are in Mumbai, 30L is not the greatest pay.
Try to develop an understanding of the role and responsibilities of being Chairman of SBI. Then make your comments.

In fact this person never deserved Chairmanship but his stars were strong.Now he is vomiting due to over eating during his stint as chairman.
Bank has been offering handsome amount of Housing loan to staff at very concessional rate of simple interest.He has not mentioned amount of commission received from SBI Life and huge monthly perks to Chairman for which tax is paid by SBI itself.
He was the worst Chairman of SBI, he is still earning crores of rupees post retirement because of SBI tag in his career.Shame on his thinking and craving for money.
