2016 update: I have absolutely no idea why this has 2K+ views. I'll try to explain this video better: as far as I know, Estonian schools have this thing called ristimine/retsimine (don't bother translating this, it's nothing related to religion), takes place in 10th grade, and it's basically to unite the students within that grade through this process put together by older students. Usually this process is a series of tasks the younger students have to complete and they're made as "nasty" or "crazy" as possible. There are no set tasks and each year older ones try to come up with something new that hasn't been done before. It's usually about 1 day (or longer depending on your school and the agreements your grade has made with the direction) of these activities at school with everybody else in the school watching how the younger ones accomplish them. Then there will be the final day but this one is after school and it's just 10th grade with 12th graders. It's like the final test. A series of things you have to do. Frequently involves being blindfolded and led by a 12th grader to do things like eat pretty nasty stuff without knowing what it is or they'll get your face wet and then ask you to stick it into flour. There can be more extreme stuff but schools do have rules about what can and cannot be done and my school was pretty strict about this stuff as there have been crazier things in the past that the teachers didn't like. I think you don't have to partake in these activities at all, you can't be forced to. At least the final test, you don't have to attend that at all. *What you're seeing in this video*: In my school, 10th graders have to do some kind of a performance of their own as first thing before anything else and it's the grade's choice what they'll do. This particular dance has been done at the school before so we just decided to learn it. You'll see some people here who hadn't learned it well, that's because we had like one day to learn it from a video and after that there was only one classmate who'd known this dance for years and tried to teach everyone about 2 breaks before we had to already perform it. This dance is an absolute leg killer if you do it for as long as we did in the video or with the same enthusiasm I had in here. Great workout.
